All catering in the castle is handled by our own retained caterers, Prestige Scotland, whose cuisine and experience commands a worldwide reputation. No two events are the same, but menu options range from three courses with separate drinks packages to a full six course gourmet meal with champagne, fine wine and liqueurs.
Table flowers, fine cutlery, crockery and glasswear can all be provided. If required, tasting opportunities can be arranged in Edinburgh.
