Take a table in the ballroom of Blair castle for a traditional Sunday lunch.  Enjoy the warmth of the blazing fire and the traditional festive decorations.  Tables available every Sunday until 25th March 2012.

Highlanderís vegetable broth with crusty bread or Blair Castle chicken liver parfait with gamekeepers chutney and oatcakes

Roast beef with Kellyís Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes and root vegetables or oven baked chicken breast stuffed with Stornaway black pudding, with chappit neeps and bashed tatties, leek & white wine sauce or garlic mushroom and parmesan risotto garnished with parsnip crisps

Warm dark chocolate fondant with vanilla anglaise or spiced fruit cheesecake with winter berry coulis and vanilla ice; tea or coffee
