Blair Castle’s unrivalled setting and presence, its space, facilities and services combine to make it Scotland’s supreme venue for larger functions and events.

Corporate dinners, banquets and incentive events can be held in the grand Ballroom for up to 220 people and the ballroom can accommodate 400 people with theatre style seating for conferences and meetings.

Adjoining the Ballroom and intercommunicating with it is the Banvie Hall, a fine modern hall suitable for drinks receptions, exhibitions, presentations and product launches. The Banvie Hall has double plate-glass doors to a tarmac driveway which make’s it particularly suitable for car launches or events where easy loading access is a requirement.

For smaller meetings the castle library can accommodate up to 40 people with theatre style seating or 20 people boardroom style.
