Dinners and Gatherings
Using the Ballroom and Banvie Hall, the facility fee is £3500 + VAT. This includes supervisory staff and all planning and co-ordination. Catering is described in more detail in that section of the site, and your selection of menu and drinks will enable an exact quotation.

Additional Facilities
It is sometimes possible to use the State Dining Room in conjunction with the Ballroom for wedding ceremonies or drinks receptions. In these circumstances an additional fee of £900 + VAT is charged.

Use of the Banvie Hall as a pre-dinner drinks area in conjunction with the Ballroom incurs no further cost. For a reception or ceremony without the use of the Ballroom, the fee is £750 + VAT and catering.

Meetings
The library provides a suitable daytime only location for gatherings of up to 40 persons. Tea/coffee and very light refreshments can be served here.

Can be held in the ballroom.

The facility fee is from £2000 (subject to length of stay) + VAT, daytime – or £3500 + VAT evenings. Catering can be quoted to your requirements.
